- Purchasing American Flags and arranging for distribution on Flag Day
- Prepare and serve meal on Opening Night for Vacation Bible School
- Help as needed with the Garage Sale and Country Store for the Fiesta.
- Collect stuffed animals and runs children's booth for City of Elgin Hogeye Festival
- During Christmas time help with many Youth Activities such as, reading Christmas stories

Members meet periodically just five times a year. Meetings are set prior to planned activities.
