All current and new members of the parish are asked to fill out one of the NEW church registration forms. This will allows us to update and set up the new chruch database system. These forms can be found in the entrance to the church, or now you can download one of the forms from the following link: Once you download the form, you can print it and fill it out by hand... OR you can fill it out on your computer, print it out and send it to the church... OR IF you have the FULL version of Adobe Acrobat, you can save the form on your computer, fill it out electronically on your computer and then email it to the Church at Sacred-hrt-church@sbcglobal.net. PLEASE NOTE: If you have ACROBAT READER only on your computer, you will not be able to save the information you enter into the fields on the form. Be sure your PRINT the form before closing it, or you will loose all the data. Then mail it or bring in by the church office.
